RESERVATION POLICY
The guest is charged a full payment of the total price of his reservation to secure the reservation , which is paid as follows:
1. The day after his reservation, if the days until his arrival are less than 45.
2. If the guest makes a reservation more than 45 days before his arrival, then he must pay up to 45 days before his arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. For cancellations made up to 45 days before arrival, there is no charge.
2. For bookings canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
3. For early departure, 100% of the remaining stay is charged.
4. Payment Reservations are Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified after the period of 45 days before arrival.
PAYMENTS
1. Credit card deposit: A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellations that comply with the hotel cancellation policy.
We accept the following credit cards: 1. American Express, 2. Visa, 3. Euro / Mastercard, 4. JCB, 5. Maestro, 6. Discover, 7. UnionPay credit card .
2. Deposit by bank transfer: 100% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable in case of cancellations that comply with the hotel cancellation policy.
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM & Check-out from 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM
